Thank you for visiting DM Sound official site. DM Sound official site is run by Fortune Fountains (Asia) Limited (below refer as FF). By accessing this site and use of the sites or services (such as placing order on the site), you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions.

FF reserves the right to make change to the site, include Private Policy and this Terms and Conditions. We may update this page from time to time, we suggest you to check before you shop with us each time.

Register with DM Sound

Certain services offered in DM Sound official site may require you to register for an account. When you are registering an account, you are agreed to provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete. Please refer to the Private Policy for more information on how we handle your personal data.

In using DM Sound official site, you are agreed to accept responsibility of all activities conducted through your account. You are responsible for keeping your account’s username and password safe. If you find any suspicious activities going on your account or there is unauthorized use of your account, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Fail to Comply

FF reserves the right to terminate /suspend your account if we found the below including, but not limited to:

1. Attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt our service
2. Contain communications that contain any unlawful, harmful, threatening, obscene, hateful or racially, ethnically.
3. Advertising or sending unsolicited messages.
4. Impersonating others or providing false information.

You will receive an email notification if your account is being terminated. Please contact our customer service team if you find any mis-termination on your account.

Intellectual Property

All contents (includes any logo, text, image, video, audio and photograph) are the intellectual property of FF and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. The site is for personal and non-commercial purpose, and any copy or publish of DM Sound official site content must be authorized by FF. Any unauthorized copy or publish or use of DM Sound official site content may lead to legal action.

FF reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the sites’ content without prior notice. FF is not liable for any service/ site unavailable at any time for any period.

Purchase

When you are using our service, you must:

1. Be aged 18 or above;
2. Possess a valid credit card issued by a licensed bank accepted by FF or with a valid Paypal account;
3. Provide true and accurate personal and payment details (include email address, name, phone number, billing information and other requested information)

In placing order on DM Sound official site, you authorize FF to charge on your credit card or PayPal account in the total amount of your purchased goods. You also authorize us to use personal information provided by you to perform any anti-fraud checks, include credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information. Please note that all orders are subject to stock availability and final confirmation. Items put in the shopping cart will not be reserved.

Pricing

Promotion Code/ Voucher Code

You may receive the promotion code/ voucher code from us from time to time for the discount on specific products. Remember to use before you check out!

Each promotion codes/ voucher code has its own terms, where we will make clear when it sent to you (e.g. for what products, applied duration, single/ multiple use etc). Please check carefully before use.

Please keep the promotion code/ voucher code for your own use only (e.g. do not share it on social media). If we think there is or has been misused of the promotion code/ voucher code (e.g. selling or sharing with others), FF reserves the right to cancel or suspend the promotion code or even suspend user account at any time without prior notice.

We may also cancel or suspend the promotion code if we found any fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the promotion code/ voucher code.

Payment

This site accepts payments made by Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. All the transactions go under Paypal and we do not keep your credit card information. 

Once you have placed an order with us, you are confirming that the credit card or the Paypal account you used is yours or you have been authorized by the owner to use it.  If the card issuer or PayPal fail to authorize payment to FF, FF is not liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Order

Once you have placed the order and finish the payment (entered all payment detail) process, we will send you a confirmation email to notify the receipt of your order. This email only serves to notify your order is being received.  When you order is confirmed, we will be sending another email to you to confirm your goods have been dispatched.

Your order may not be accepted/rejected in the following situation:

1. FF is unable to obtain the payment;
2. The product is out of stock, or unavailable;
3. You are not eligible to place order as set in this Terms & Condition

Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible if there is any changes on your order. If your order is rejected but did not hear from us, please contact our customer service team.

Delivery

Please note we are unable to deliver some products to some regions / countries. Please check the availability in product detail page before purchasing.

Returns

If you would like to return and exchange our product, the product must be:

1. bought from DM Sound official site AND

2. entitled to our warranty programme, we only provide exchange if you found damage upon receival. Please notify our customer service team through email (info@fortunefountains.com) or Whatsapp (+852 9721 2879) within 7 calendar days. Otherwise, the product may not be able to arrange an exchange. AND

3. still within warranty period. And

4. still in its original condition, with the original invoice, packaging, tags, and all inner contents mentioned in the box/user guide, it may include but not limited to charging cable, user manual, accessories, etc.

Return cost will be borne by customer.
Please return the product by courier. For international shipments, you are responsible to pay customs and duties or other administrative charges determined completely by local government in your own country (we have no control over those costs or regulations). We have the right of rejecting any courier arranging payment by receiver.
Products can be returned only in the country/region in which they were originally purchased.

Failure of following any of the above terms may lead to longer process time or we may not be able to offer an exchange.

Liability

All comments or views expressed in other media by anyone, whose products are sold via this site are their own.

Our team will try our best to make sure every content on DM Sound website is accurate and error-free. However, we do not guarantee the service are free of viruses or other harmful components. We strongly recommend all users to have up-to-date software, including anti-virus.

Our service may also be affected by other uncontrollable factors, for example adverse weather, in such case, we will try our best to maintain our service but FF is not responsible for any delay/ failure in our service.
